Mexican pork tacos with vegetables and salsa

  • Lavash for tacos

    300 g

  • Bell pepper

  • White onion

    1 piece

  • Stozhar sunflower-olive mix

    2-3 tablespoons

  • Sesame

    1 teaspoon

  • Salt and pepper

    adjust to your taste

  • Tomatoes

    2 pieces

  • Chill pepper

    1 piece

  • Stozhar flaxseed oil

    2 tablespoons

  • Garlic

    1 cloves

  • Green onion feathers

  • Lemon

    ½ piece

Instructions:

1. Cut the pork into small cubes. Fry with Stozhar sunflower-olive mix. In 5 minutes until the dish has been fully cooked - add chopped peppers, for 2 min - onion. Stir and add salt and pepper

2. For cooking salsa: add tomato to boiling water and let boil for 2 minutes, and then put it in the pot of ice water for 10-20 seconds. Remove the tomato skins and cut out the tomatoes stem. Cut tomatoes, onions and peppers into small cubes

3. Add minced garlic, half a lemon juice, green onion feathers, salt and pepper to the salsa. Dress up with flaxseed oil

4. Put the pork with vegetables on the tacos. Serve with salsa. Enjoy your meal
