Cooking process:
1) Steam the couscous in a deep bowl with boiling water in a ratio of 1:1
2) Add salt, pepper, oil FUSION LEMON & BASIL and mix well
3) Cover with a lid and leave for 3-4 minutes
4) Boil or bake beets
5) Squeeze the juice from the lemon
6) Slice the beets and red onion
7) Mix all ingredients, adding feta cheese, couscous and basil leaves to the dish. Avocado and sun-dried tomatoes can be added if desired.
8) Season with salt and pepper adjust to taste
